Our Terms

One of the key benefits of our service is our fixed-fee structure. Our fee is set at 17.5% of the annual salary, allowing you to budget effectively without unexpected costs. We require a 25% retainer, payable upfront, which ensures our commitment to finding the right candidate for you. The balance is payable only upon success, meaning the remainder of the fee is due only when the candidate signs the contract.
