Customer Service Advisor (German) – Latvia

Location: Riga, Latvia | Language Requirement: German (C1/B2)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (German-speaking) to join a business based in Riga, Latvia. As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure that each query is resolved efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will also be required to log all case resolutions accurately in the client’s systems and work to meet individual and team KPIs, ensuring that all service standards are consistently met.

The role involves managing the lifecycle of customer cases, resolving issues within the set timeframe, and escalating priority matters to the lead as per client specifications. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, while always striving to provide exemplary customer satisfaction. The ability to manage change and adapt to shifting priorities is crucial, and a focus on continuous improvement will be expected.

To be considered for this role, you should have near-native proficiency in German (C1/B2) and good English skills (B1+ or higher) to understand documentation and log cases accurately. Experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous, though not essential. We are looking for individuals with a positive, self-motivated attitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask across systems and applications.
