Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and service excellence? I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic Quality Analyst (Dutch) role based in Riga with a leading BPO. About the Role:

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and auditing customer interactions, providing root cause analysis, and offering actionable insights to improve performance. Your role will involve coaching and supporting Customer Service Associates (CSAs), ensuring their quality performance aligns with operational priorities.

You’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders, participate in calibration sessions, and contribute to quality reporting. Additionally, you’ll be involved in production activities, such as taking calls and handling escalations, which will keep you closely connected to the team’s day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Need:

To be successful in this role, you should have near-native Dutch language skills (CEFR level C1) and strong English proficiency (B1+). A minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality management within a BPO environment is essential, along with at least 1 year of experience in quality call monitoring and auditing.

Attention to detail, excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are crucial. The ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, is also required.
